Sinvin leased the Luxottica-owned eyewear company its first flagship store at 116 Wooster Street in Soho's Cast Iron Historic District. This 7,600 square-foot location provided the perfect shell for Ray-Ban to create a unique destination, featuring showroom space as well as an auditorium for live performances and art shows.
