Moschino

73 Wooster Street
SoHo

Sinvin arranged for luxury Italian fashion house, Moschino, to lease 3,700 square feet at 73 Wooster Street in SoHo for the brand’s second U.S. flagship under new Creative Director Jeremy Scott, whose fresh perspective has quickly garnered a tenfold increase in sales and expanded stateside operations. Wooster Street perfectly harmonizes the new wave of high-end fashion with the old-school SoHo aesthetic and the recent addition of Moschino and high-end retailers Celine and Byredo further establishes it as a growing luxury corridor for fashion’s most progressive brands. 73 Wooster Street was originally built as a four-story garage in 1929 and features a rectangular brick facade with vast windows that will showcase the brand’s exciting new product lines that strongly reference modern pop culture. This feature was of utmost importance as Moschino has a rich history of enticing window displays.
