After leasing Chobani its first retail store in SoHo, Sinvin was engaged to help the celebrated yogurt brand expand yet again. This time, Chobani was looking to consolidate its multiple office locations, including one in SoHo, and simultaneously expand its size to accommodate the company’s continued growth. Sinvin quickly secured the top two floors of 200 Lafayette Street in SoHo, an impeccably restored cast iron building rich with original architectural details. This prime location enabled Chobani to triple its existing office space while preserving its deep roots in the neighborhood and close proximity to the Prince Street yogurt bar. Chobani’s new 33,560 square foot office will not only serve as a traditional office space but will largely house its food incubator program and test kitchen for new products and innovations. This expansion illustrates the brand’s continued growth and dominant market share.
