93 Greene Street was leased by renowned Paris-based fashion house Chloé, a part of Richemont Group. This 2,000-square-foot ground floor boutique with 700-square-foot basement will be Chloé’s second New York flagship store and seventh store in the United States. The store features 27 feet of frontage between Prince and Spring Streets and will showcase a complete range of Chloé products. Greene Street was a natural choice for Chloé, as the brand now joins the long list of premier luxury retailers that have flocked to establish themselves on Greene Street’s most prominent blocks in recent years.
