Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced office leasing real estate broker.

The successful candidate will represent both landlords and office tenants in some of the most exciting and prominent office and showroom deals in Manhattan.

We represent both landlords and tenants in the leasing of Manhattan office space.  Work with the market leaders who have a proven track record of transactions, ranging from global showrooms for fashion, furniture and design firms to global headquarters for market-leading companies.  Manage, execute and close prestigious deals.

Responsibilities

• Market office space for lease to the broadest, most relevant audience
• Secure office space for global tenant clientele
• Financial analysis for tenants and landlords
• Represent office tenants in securing optimal space
• Visit sites with clients and educate on building features as well as financial and analytical data
• Research and synthesize current market data for client evaluation
• Coordinate and accompany clients on space tours
• Negotiate and finalize lease terms
• Negotiate offer letters and facilitate the lease process

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree
• Demonstrated abilities in sales/marketing
• Must have a current and valid New York Real Estate Salesperson license
• Ability to navigate the city and conduct multiple real estate showings on a given day
• Must be self-motivated, sales-driven and thrive in a dynamic commission-based entrepreneurial business
• Previous experience in real estate sales is not a prerequisite but is preferred
