Sinvin Realty, LLC announced the addition of two new senior directors, Daniel Alesandro and Lasia Casil, together forming a national retail department for the firm.
Lasia Casil focuses her work with national and international retail clients in the Manhattan, Los Angeles and national markets. She is responsible for several high profile New York and Los Angeles retail transactions, including the Reiss flagship store in SoHo and on Bleecker Street.
Previously, Casil worked for Newmark Knight Frank Retail, both in New York and in Los Angeles. In 2006 she moved to Robert K. Futterman in Los Angeles, and most recently, became the president of her own brokerage, Casil & Co., Urban Retail Real Estate, in Los Angeles.
Daniel Alesandro has been responsible for handling the national real estate expansion strategies for fashion retailers including Michael Kors, along with the retail brands of Liz Claiborne including Juicy Couture, Kate Spade, Jack Spade and Lucky Brand.
He began in commercial brokerage in 2001 at Garrick-Aug Associates and has worked at CBRE, Newmark Knight Frank, and Madison Retail Group.
