Sinvin Signs Lease for Soho RetailerKid Robot, a retailer of premium collectible action figures, limited-edition plush figures and miniature remote control cars will open its first New York store at 126 Prince Street, in SoHo, reports Christopher Owles, managing director of Sinvin Realty Corp., who represented Kid Robot in the lease transaction.”Kid Robot is one of a rapidly growing number of retailers who are selecting SoHo as the location of their first store or their first New York store,” says Mr. Owles of Sinvin Realty.  “SoHo is returning to its roots as the home of one-of-a-kind destination retailers as lease prices have become more affordable and national chain stores are choosing other locations in the city.”
