Children’s retailer Bundle bears small shop on Thompson.

Infant and children’s clothing and accessories store Bundle recently signed a five-year lease for 550 square feet on the ground floor at 128 Thompson St., between Houston and Prince streets. Asking rent for the location, which includes a 500-square-foot storage basement, was $126 a square foot.

The startup boutique, which expects to open around Thanksgiving, plans to sell apparel at a price point that’s slightly lower than its competitors, including trendy babywear shop Giggle.

Bundle’s owner, Allison MacCullough, found the side street more accessible and charming than more touristy areas of the neighborhood, said KRISTIN McCANN, senior director at Sinvin Realty, who handled the transaction for Ms. MacCullough.

Standard Realty, the landlord, was represented in-house by Ken Rosenblum.
