Owles and Sinder of Sinvin Realty Corp. named leasing agents for 2,500 s/f at 158 Mercer St.

NEW YORK, NY Christopher Owles, managing director of Sinvin Realty Corp., and Bruce Sinder, president, have been named exlusive leasing agents on 2,500 s/f of ground level retail space at 158 Mercer St., between Houston and Prince Sts. Stephane Kelian, a popular high-end shoe designer, formerly occupied the spaces.
