Sinvin Realty Corp. Leases 2,025 s/f to Thom Browne

August 15, 2006

New York, NY Thom Browne, the fashion designer who made New York magazine’s 2006 list of the most influential New Yorkers, has leased 2,025 s/f of ground floor retail space at 100 Hudson Street on the corner of Franklin St. in TriBeCa. The store–filled with short suit pants and tight jackets for men–is expected to open when Thom Browne finishes the extensive buildout, which has not yet begun.

Roxanne Betesh, vice president of Sinvin Realty Corp., represented Thom Browne in the transaction. Robin Young of Andrews Building Corp. represented the landlord.

“This is a beautiful space in a landmark building at a prime location,” says Betesh. “Thom Browne will benefit greatly from the 74 feet of wrap-around corner frontage and heavy foot traffic.”

The space features its original 1910 cast iron storefront, high visibility, soaring 14-ft. ceilings, and plenty of natural light. Neighboring tenants include Nobu, Bubby’s, Design Within Reach, Urban Archaeology, Chanterelle, Mr. Chow’s and Issey Miyake.
