Sinvin Hires Two Senior Directors

Alesandro and Casil to Form National Retail Group

Sinvin Realty LLC has hired Daniel Alesandro and Lasia Casil as senior directors. Based in New York, Alesandro and Casil will be spearheading the formation of a new national retail group.

Alesandro has experience representing clients in a variety of major U.S. urban retail areas. He has handled national real estate expansion strategies for such clients as Michael Kors, Liz Claiborne, Juicy Couture, Kate Spade and Jack Spade. Prior to joining Sinvin, Alesandro served at Madison Retail Group, Newmark Knight Frank and CB Richard Ellis.

Casil has represented national and international retail clients in the Los Angeles, Manhattan and national markets. She has handled several high profile flagship retail transactions including the Reiss store in SoHo, Phi flagship stores in SoHo and on Melrose Avenue, as well as the Juicy Couture store on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills. Prior to joining Sinvin, Casil was president of her own brokerage firm, Casil & Co. She has also been with Newmark Knight Frank Retail, and Robert K. Futterman.
