Sinder Steps Down After 30 Years in Lower Manhattan Real Estate

Bruce Sinder, a principal and co-founder of New York-based Sinvin Realty, has retired after three decades leading the firm.
Michael Glanzberg, managing director and general counsel, was promoted to principal following Sinder’s departure. He joined Sinvin in March 2007.

Sinder began Sinvin Realty in Manhattan’s SoHo neighborhood before expanding its reach into the lower Manhattan neighborhoods of TriBeca, Greenwich Village, Chelsea, Flatiron and the Meatpacking District. Sinder tailored the firm to target high-end retailers and restaurants and creative businesses looking for “hip” space.

Sinvin has closed deals for businesses including Adidas America, @radical.media, Balthazar Restaurant, Blue Man Group, Bumble and bumble (Estée Lauder) and Dean & DeLuca.
