Neighborhood’s Last Cheap Deal?

By Adam Pincus | December 27, 2007

Architectural rendering and design firm, dbox, Inc., known for their stunning depictions of Larry Silverstein’s Freedom Tower and WTC Memorial, has signed a lease for new office and design space at 110 Leroy Street between Hudson and Greenwich Streets in Hudson Square.
Sinvin Realty’s Jeremy Markoe, director, and Bruce Sinder, president, represented dbox in the 10-year deal.

“The landlord had been asking $31 per square foot for the 8,200-square-foot space, but the deal was made for $29.50 per square foot, making it probably the last deal under $30 in the Hudson Square area,” reports Markoe. Newmark Knight Frank’s Neil Joffee represented the landlord, Royalton Realty Associates.
