Sinvin Realty Hires Carruyo as Associate

New York, NY Sinvin Realty Corp., one of Downtown Manhattan’s most active commercial brokerage firms, recently hired Adele Carruyo.
After a long career in residential real estate, Carruyo, an associate at Sinvin, has shifted to commercial–working for tenants, owners and developers. She is one of a number of recent hires, and Sinvin plans to expand to larger office space in the coming months to accommodate its growing staff.

“Adele has strong negotiations skills and intimate knowledge of all of Manhattan’s neighborhoods,” says Bruce Sinder, president of Sinvin. “In the short time she’s been with us, she has already proved herself a valuable member of the team.”

Carruyo came to Sinvin from Douglas Elliman where as an agent she successfully negotiated an array of both commercial and residential real estate leases and sales. Prior to Douglas Elliman, Carruyo was an agent at Warburg Realty Partnership Ltd. where she was responsible for residential leases and sales throughout Manhattan.

“My goal,” says Carruyo, “is to share my expertise with my clients in a way that gives them confidence throughout the entire process from initial meeting until final closing.”

Carruyo is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York, REBNY.
