Sinvin Realty, LLC announced that Donovan, Calvaruso & Yee LLP, a law firm, has signed a 10-year lease for 5,600 s/f at 161 Avenue of the Americas. Sinvin Principal MICHAEL GLANZBERG negotiated the lease terms on behalf of the tenant. Asking $35 psf, landlord Richmond Hill Company, LLC represented itself in-house, with executive vice president Charles Rosenbluth negotiating the transaction.
