Indoor Playground Sports New Tribeca Location

NEW YORK CITY-Families in Tribeca will soon have a new place for fun, once the 4,000-sf Sydney’s Playground opens here this May. Located at 64-66 White Street, the indoor playground will be the first ever location for the company, developed by Louise Jones and Jackie Mallon. Together the two principals have more than 30 years of management and start-up experience.The new children’s facility–which will feature daily free play for kids of all ages along with weekly classes in development curriculum–will be set in the former home of BlumbergExccelsior Inc., a law office supply company. It will feature 17-ft ceilings and a mezzanine level.Sinvin Realty Corp.’s Roxanne Betesh served as the only broker in the deal. While terms were not disclosed, asking rents in the building are estimated at $45 per sf, according to a statement.
