5 White St.Hello Monday is saying good-bye to its SoHo digs and moving to TriBeCa.

The creative agency which does Web design, has signed a five-year lease for 2,250 square feet at 5 White St., at Franklin Street. The asking and taking rent for the second-floor space was $45 per square foot.

“They wanted space that had a traditional loft feeling, huge windows and a flexible layout,” said James Costello, a Sinvin Real Estate broker who represented Hello Monday.

Currently, the Copenhagen-based firm is subletting office space nearby, at 441 Broadway, between Howard and Grand streets. It opened its New York office last year. The tenant will move into its new space by the end of the month.

“What creative company would not want to be on a gorgeous TriBeCa block, in a classic, high-ceiling sun-filled open loft space with five huge windows?” said Steve Rappaport, the Sinvin Real Estate broker who represented landlord Nur Ashki Jerrahi Community.

The six-story property at 5 White St. is a mixed-use building with residential and office tenants. On the ground floor it is also home to Churrascaria Riodizio Tribeca, a Brazilian steakhouse.
