Get rich guru shows how it’s done at 145 Hudson

David Bach, guru for the upwardly mobile and author of the highly successful “FinishRich” books and seminars, has made some profitable real estate transactions of his own at Tribeca’s 145 Hudson Street, between Beach and Hubert Streets.
Roxanne Betesh, vice president of Sinvin Realty Corp., is the exclusive commercial sales and marketing agent for the building, known as Skylofts, and also represented Bach.

With the profits, he then purchased a 4,200 condo on the fifth floor (asking price $600 per square foot). Bach plans to move into the 15—story Tribeca commercial building in the fall. Hi is currently in smaller space at 295 Greenwich Street.

Bach is the author of the national bestsellers Smart Women Finish Rich and 1001 Financial Words you Need To Know. His most recent book, The Automatic Millionaire, was #1 on The New York Times, Business Week, Wall Street Journal and USA Today bestseller list.

“With these deals, David Bach proved he is as savvy as his books suggest he is,” says Betesh.

In addition the Bach, Betesh has closed a total of 40,326 s/f of deals at 145 Hudson Street, including the following:

Sugar Ray Properties purchased 1,600 square feet of ground – floor space and 1,200 of basement space in the building. Asking price was $1,200,000. Betesh represented the seller and the buyer in the transaction.

Morgik Metal, which creates custom metal home furnishings and accessories, purchased 1,600 s/f of ground floor space and 476 square feet of garage space in the building. Asking price was $1,130,000. Betesh represented the seller and the buyer in the transaction.
Asian antique shop, Abhaya Home furnishings, purchased 3,000 s/f of ground floor space and 2,000 s/f of basement space in the building. Asking price was $1,800,000. Betesh represented the seller and the buyer in the transaction.

TV production company, Gigantic, purchased 1,000 s/f on the second floor. Asking price was $450,000. Roxanne Betesh repped the seller and Jackie Kurtz of William B, May repped the buyer.

Motion Pictures Editors Guild, an entertainment labor union, purchased 3,200 s/f on the second floor of the building. Asking price was $1,440,000. Roxanne Betesh represented the seller and Darilynne Saunders of Cushman & Wakefield represented the buyer.
Architecture firm, Gerrard + Tan, purchased 1,200 s/f on the second floor of the building. Asking price was $540,000. Betesh represented the seller and the buyer in the transaction.

Supply & Demand, a television commercial production company, purchased 2,800 s/f on the second floor and 250 square feet of basement storage of the building. Asking price was $1,395,000. Roxanne Betesh represented the seller and Alan Shmaruk of The Manhates Group represented the buyer.

Filmmaker Rob Millis purchased 1,200 s/f on the third floor. Asking price was $540,00. Roxanne Betesh represented the seller and Barbara Gonzales of Stribling represented the buyer.

The 14-story plus penthouse building is set along a bright and open Tribeca avenue, and is close to subway lines and the Holland Tunnel.
