Olive & Bettes do Bleecker;  The retail space at 384 Bleecker Street is a power location, opposite Marc Jacobs and Ralph Lauren, so lucky is the tenant that leases the 1,100 square foot space.  According to Christopher Owles, a broker at Sinvin Realty, Olive & Bettes is the retailer.The company will open the store in the fall.  It will be its fourth location in Manhattan.Owles said space on Bleecker Street is becoming scarce – there’s now more demand than available supply.  Since Jacobs opened his first store – he now operates three units on the block-upscale retailers have realized the West Village’s potential.  Ralph Lauren has two stores on the street and is reportedy seeking a third.The Bleecker Street store will be Olive & Bettes’ largest and the company is planning to add more brands.  Olive & Bettes’ existing stores are at 252 Columbus Ave, 158 Spring Street and 1070 Madison Avenue.
