Famous Nautical Shop Moving To Duane Street

NEW YORK NAUTICAL, A CENTURY old TriBeCa shop frequented by celebrity mariners like Billy Joel and Daniel Day-Lewis, is moving for the first time in 30 years.  New York Nautical signed a 10-year lease for a 2,900-square foot store at 158 Duane Street.  Asking rents in the building are $76 a square foot.  Sinvin Realty Corp. represented both New York Nautical and the building’s owner One Hudson Park Inc. in the deal.  New York Nautical will leave it 140 West Broadway location in February.
