New Street Realty Advisors announced the Gregorys Coffee has leased retail space at Trinity Real Estate’s 350 Hudson Street Gregorys Coffee has leased approximately 1,100 s/f on the ground floor, adjacent to the building lobby.
This will be the ninth location for the popular local coffee shop and it will join other great operators in the building such as Hale and Hearty, Jacques Torres, Dig Inn and Pret A Manger.
Joshua Gettler, Matthew Gorman and Joshua Kaufman of New Street Realty Advisors acted on behalf of Gregorys Coffee in the 15-year lease transaction. Sinvin Real Estate represented the landlord.
The building, located in the heart of New York’s fastest growing office and retail district, Hudson Square, is located on the east side of Hudson Street, between King Street and Charles Street.
