Chinatown staple, Ho Yi Hot Pot, is now on the menu in the East Village.

Sinvin Realty’s Steve Rappaport just signed a 15-year deal with the restaurant for an 3,245 s/f space at 97 Second Avenue, between 5th and 6th. Site of a former laundromat, the space has 2,245 s/f on the ground floor, with a 1,000 s/f lower level and 25 feet of frontage. Asking rent was $115 psf.

Ho Yi Hot Pot was represented by Cody Pan of TM Realty. Rappaport represented the Landlord, 97 2nd, LLC.

“This burgeoning strip of Second Avenue, at the juncture of the East Village and the Lower East Side, is a perfect choice for Chinatown staple, Ho Yi Hot Pot,ˮ said Rappaport.
“They are a welcome addition to the neighborhood’s diverse mix of dining choices.ˮ
