Architecture and design firm 212box picked a 4,000-foot perch comprising the entire 11th floor of 30 Vesey St. to watch the reconstruction of the World Trade Center for the next 10 years.

Michelle Stone of Sinvin Realty brought the designers to the building owned by Greystone Properties Vesey.
