Sinvin’s Management Changes Hands
RETAIL REAL ESTATE FIRM SINVIN REALTY intends to start representing selected retail tenants in their national expansion endeavors this year as part of the new management’s strategy. Bruce Sinder, a founder of Sinvin, recently retired after more than 30 years in the business. Michael Glanzberg, the brokerage’s general counsel, has been promoted to principal and will serve alongside Christopher Owles. Sinvin will also continue to concentrate on retail in downtown Manhattan.
