Italian Perfume Maker Opening SoHo StoreThe world’s oldest perfume maker, Santa Maria Novella di Firenzi, is opening a store in SoHo in the building where David Bowie lives.  Santa Maria Novella Signed a 10-year lease for 5,200 square feet at 285 Lafayette Street, part of a big site that was formerly occupied by Urban Archeology.  The asking rent was $110 per square foot for the ground floor and $20 per square foot for lower-level space.  Sinvin Realty Corp. served as the tenant broker in the deal.  Robert K.
