A Grand Entrance

Edun Americas, the ethical fashion brand established by Ali Hewson and her husband Bono in 2005, will expand its New York City operations when it relocates to new 8,600 s/f offices at 107 Grand Street this coming September.

Studley’s Zev Holzman, managing director, represented the clothing company in the transaction
Formerly based in 5,000 s/f at 86 Franklin Street, Edun will take occupancy of the entire third floor of the eight-story building at the south-east corner of Grand and Mercer Streets, owned by Man Yun Real Estate.
In addition to Holzman, Casey Lewis, associate, represented Edun Americas in the transaction. CHRISTOPHER OWLES, principal of Sinvin Real Estate, the building’s agent, along with director, TRISHA JERRY, represented the landlord.
