By John Jordan | August 29, 2013

EAST RUTHERFORD, NJ-While its court battle with neighbors the Jets and Giants continues, Triple Five, the owner of the American Dream Meadowlands mall, is reportedly in advanced negotiations to sign a number of major tenants.

Several sources state that UniqloTopshopForever21 and Zara are in advanced talks to sign lease deals at the project, formerly known as Meadowlands Xanadu, according to Crain’s New York Business.

Zara will lease about 50,000 square feet in the complex. The Forever21 store will be as large or perhaps larger than its Times Square location, which totals approximately 100,000 square feet. Sinvin Real Estate is the leasing agent for the property.
