Sinvin Realty, LLC announced that Japanese children’s clothing manufacturer, F.O. International, will be opening its second NYC retail shop called Bit’z Kids at 275 Greenwich Street between Murray and Warren Streets in TriBeCa.

Sinvin director SIMONE LILLIAN represented the landlord, Greenwich Pooh LLC, in the seven-year deal. Shu Sakae of Furumoto Realty, Inc. represented the tenant.

F.O. International, the parent company of Bit’z Kids is now the largest manufacturer of children’s clothing in Japan. It opened its first NY shop on the Upper West Side in 2008 and has seen incredible success.

“Located at the base of the Greenwich Court complex, 275 Greenwich’s proximity to City Hall, the World Trade Center, and the Goldman Sachs headquarters make it easy for parents to stop in after work” said Lillian. “There is no doubt that Bit’z Kids will be a hit.”

The 929 s/f space had a reported asking rent of $175 psf. The space has 17 feet of frontage on Greenwich Street and ten-foot-high ceilings. Sinvin also is marketing a 665 s/f space in the same block of retail condos.
