Blue Man Group Sells New York Office Condo

Infusion Development Buys Office Unit for $4.5 Million

Infusion Development acquired the fifth-floor, 10,000-square-foot office condo at the Ayer Building in New York, from Blue Man Productions for $4.5 million, or $450 per square foot.

The 12-story, 120,000-square-foot office building at 599 Broadway was built in 1917 and renovated in 1983. It is in the Soho submarket.
